Thirty percent tax on money sent out of the US.
Deport all illegals who commit any crimes in the US.

Outlaw the wearing of facial coverings except in the winter weather and require background checks on all people entering the United States.

Require hate crime legislation to be equal in protection of Caucasians and others in crimes that are interracial in nature.

Require stronger laws that actually require, "Equal Pay" for women in America so that the "pay inequity" is finally eliminated.

Disallow unsecured debt to become secured debt to protect people from dishonest doctors and high medical bills. This will stop lawsuits against people's homes and prevent homelessness because of medical bills etc.

Freeze adjustable rate mortgages with a maximum rate of eight percent to avoid foreclosures on people's homes.

Require by Federal Law that property taxes on Elderly Citizens homes must be lowered by twenty five percent with a maximum tax on the primary residence so that older citizens will not lose their homes to the "tax man".

John also proposes giving low interest loans to developers and small businesses in urban areas that need revitalized. In Maryland this would include large portions of Baltimore City, Prince George's County. and Montgomery County and Western Maryland including large portions of Cumberland and Hagerstown and surrounding areas. We should promote intelligent revitalization of Maryland and help our economy grow and prosper through low taxes on businesses in these areas.  Of course these loans must be given to "US Citizens or legal immigrants only".

John proposes raising the Social Security Death Benefit to $4500.00. This is a substantial increase but most seniors live on fixed incomes. This means that most families have a very difficult time paying for a decent burial. This should not be the case for hard working American Families. This amount is much higher than the current paltry death benefit which has not been adjusted for inflation for many years. Decent burials for Americans should be a reality, not just a dream. John will also introduce legislation that requires all non-citizen workers in the United States to pay income taxes. It is time that people who come here to make money also pay taxes on their money. Medicaid costs are crippling our economy because of the non citizens receiving benefits that our citizens do not receive.

John encourages repealing the requirement for cfl lightbulbs in 2014 because they will pollute our landfills and waterways with dangerous mercury deposits. "Green" should be intelligent and not harmful to the environment.This is not the case with these dangerous devices.
John also believes that we should have hearings to determine if Mr. Obama is legally qualified to be President because his mother's marriage was not valid as a result of Obama's father already being married to another woman at the same time as when he allegedly married Obama's mother.  The laws at the time Mr. Obama was born required both citizens to be in the US legally and the above brings the citizenship question into play in addition to the so called, "Birther Question".

John encourages people to adopt a shelter animal to give homeless animals a home in these economic hard times.
