Animal Welfare Proposals
Giving
Love and Caring to Animals That Cannot Protect Themselves
Animal Welfare
Proposals (Safety of animals and people). This issue has become
important because of the
recent police executions of dogs and sexual attacks on animals by deviant people and the Vick dogfighting cases. My proposals are
these: 1. That all people convicted of violent
crimes against animals are not allowed to own any animal. 2. That there
will be a criminal background check
and a home visit to address containment issues and possible abusive
families after a report of domestic violence. That any costs associated
with this license will be donated to the local humane societies to help
pay for homeless animals' care. 3. That animal cruelty will now be a
felony. Any people caught "dogfighting" or practicing deviant sexual
behavior upon an animal will be incarcerated for a period of not less
than (5)five years with a fine of up to $10,000.00. Any spectators at
such events will be fined $1500.00 dollars. I do not
support in any fashion, the "Shambala" proposal.
I also propose a $1000 dollar per year "PET DEDUCTION" from a person's
Federal
Income Taxes. Additionally, when police shoot dogs without cause they should be prosecuted and face fines of fifty thousand dollars which cannot be discharged through bankruptcy proceedings(In Remembrance of Bear Bear the Husky from Annapolis, Md).
